These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Exprio mobile application ("the app"). By downloading or using Exprio you agree to these Terms.
Exprio helps you record products and their expiry dates and reminds you before they expire. The app is provided for personal and business organizational use.
Exprio is an informational and organizational tool. Reminders and dates are based on the information you enter and are provided for convenience only. Always use your own judgement and follow manufacturer guidance regarding the safety, consumption or use of any food, medicine or product. We are not responsible for spoiled goods, missed dates, or any decision made based on the app.
Exprio offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, "Exprio Pro", on a monthly or yearly basis, which unlocks unlimited products, business mode and CSV import/export.
You are responsible for the data you enter into the app. Because data is stored on your device, keeping your device backed up is your responsibility.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in violation of applicable law.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
